  James Ruddy, originally from the Scranton, PA area, serves as our President of the Board of Directors and Community Development Director. James holds degrees from Penn State University and Houghton University. He and his wife, Mari-Lee, who reside in Le Roy, NY, have three married sons and eight grandchildren. James is passionate about

James is passionate about seeing the Hope Center’s programs meet the many needs within our region.

 Bill has over 36 years of extensive experience in audit, tax and consulting services in the medical, long term care and health insurance and managed care industries including manufacturing, distribution, software, pharmaceutical, home care, health care facilities, health maintenance organizations, individual practice associations, health

 Bill has over 36 years of extensive experience in audit, tax and consulting services in the medical, long term care and health insurance and managed care industries including manufacturing, distribution, software, pharmaceutical, home care, health care facilities, health maintenance organizations, individual practice associations, health insurance and other managed care organizations. He has specialized knowledge working in the regulatory environment including Public Service Commission, Medicare, Medicaid and the New York State Department of Insurance. 

 Rev. Henry Moore has a passion for prayer, worship, outreach, care for the community, and a deep desire to see every man, woman and child connect to their God-given destiny through a relationship with Christ their Creator. Henry is employed as Community Manager at Senior Citizen apartment complex which allows him to connect people to the

Henry is employed as Community Manager at Senior Citizen apartment complex which allows him to connect people to the Love of God day in and day out.

Rev. Moore is one of the founding members of the Hope Center which began in 2016. He served as the Executive Director from 2016 through 2022. He currently serves as a board member.

Rev. Moore is ordained through Elim Fellowship of Lima, NY and has served in ministry as a Youth Director, Associate Pastor and Worship Director.
